Ingredients
- 400 g Rice
- 200 g Minced meat
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 1 glass Mushrooms
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Yellow peppers
- 1 small Zucchini fresh
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 70 g Tomato paste
- 370 g Sieved tomatoes
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- Spices:
- Salt, pepper, paprika noble sweet
- Marjoram, oregano
- Creme fraiche Cheese
Instructions
- Dice paprika, zucchini and tomatoes. Cut the spring onions into rings. Grate / dice / press garlic as desired.
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the minced meat in the oil until crumbly, season with salt and pepper. Briefly sauté the mushrooms, peppers and zucchini and add the tomatoes, then sauté the spring onions briefly. Add tomato paste, tomato puree and vegetable broth and simmer gently, the vegetables should not be too soft.
- Now season with the herbs, garlic and the remaining spices. Mix in the finished rice and serve with a dollop of crème fraîche.
