  • 2 cups water
  • 3 carrots
  • Broth, granulated
  • Tomato paste
  • pepper
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Ready very quickly, everyone likes it

Peel the carrots and slice them thinly. Place them in a pot with water and rice, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer with the lid on. Finally, season with a little tomato paste, broth, and pepper, and add a knob of butter. This recipe is also great for toddlers and helps people with upset stomachs. My mother calls it a “plaster for the stomach.”
