Rice with Shrimp
The perfect rice with shrimp recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cup Rice
- 4 Poles Spring onions fresh
- 2 Free range eggs
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce light
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 150 g Freshly grated Parmesan

- 250 g Shrimp peeled deveined
- 3 Red peppers cut into slices
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce light
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
- Bring the rice to the boil with 3 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of broth – about 20 minutes, sprinkle with the grated cheese. Take the pot off the hob.
- For the rice, mix 2 eggs with the soy sauce, sesame oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Cut the spring onions into rolls and pour them onto the hot rice, let them steep briefly and stir.
- Cut the bell peppers and mix with all the other ingredients. Fry the mixture in a pan until the prawns are pink.
- Arrange and enjoy.
