Ingredients
 

  • 3 Pork platters neck
  • 150 g Pasta
  • 6 slices Ham
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 3 tbsp Grand Marnier
  • Olive oil
  • Smoke salt
  • Fiery salt
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  • Wash pork steaks, dab and season well with smoke salt and fiery salt (or spices as desired). Let something go ...
  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Put the pasta in a greased baking dish.
  • Fry the pork steaks in oil. Place on top of the pasta.
  • Wash the zucchini, remove the ends, cut lengthways into thin slices. Fry the zucchini and ham slices in a little oil. Then place on the pork steaks.
  • Mix the cream with the Grand Marnier and tomato paste and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta.
