Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 160g rigatoni
- 2 packs of crayfish, 100 g each
- 1 can of tangerine(s)
- 1 cup of cream or Cremefine
- n. B. salt and pepper, black
- n. B. Herbs, Italian
- some nutmeg
- 50 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Add a little oil to a pot and the crayfish. Heat with a little freshly ground black pepper and salt. Then add cream or crème fraîche. Add the cheese and let it melt. Add 1/2 can of mandarin oranges (chopped peaches would also work as an alternative). Finally, season to taste—I use Italian herbs, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. I recommend shavings of Parmesan cheese and a glass of Primitivo.
