Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp, heaped almonds, chopped (optional)
  • 600 g greengage (ringless)
  • 100 g flour
  • 75 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Ringlo: Reineclaudes, yellow plums

Preheat oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Wash, dry, stone, and quarter the ringless cakes. Mix the ingredients for the batter into a sponge mixture and pour into a 26cm springform pan lined with baking paper. Spread the prepared ringless cakes over the batter and press down lightly. Knead the crumble ingredients together and spread over the fruit. Bake for approximately 60 minutes. Let cool in the pan. Note: Do not open the oven too early, or the cake will collapse in the middle.
