Roast Beef from Deer

  • Deer steak
  1. Dab the steak a little and then add salt and pepper. Put some oil in the pan and heat it up. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 180 degrees. The pan should now be really hot so that it is seared nicely. Then wrap the steak in aluminum foil and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Then let it rest for another 5 minutes. Finished
