Roast Beef Jelly with Topinky

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Roast beef jelly (See my recipe: *)
  • 4 Discs Yesterday's bread
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Large cloves of garlic
  • Coarse sea salt out of trouble

Instructions
 

  • Take the aspic from the refrigerator ½ hour before eating and share. Fry the bread in a pan with butter fat (4 tablespoons) on both sides until golden-brown and degrease on kitchen paper. Serve roast beef jelly with topinky (garlic clove). Rub the bread vigorously on both sides with the clove of garlic and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Serve with mayonnaise or tartar sauce or tartarska omacka.
