Roast beef with green sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g roast beef (cold cuts)
  • 1 onion(s), firm
  • ½ lemon(s), juice and zest
  • ½ tsp mustard, hot
  • 250 g sour milk
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ box of cress
  • 5 stalks of parsley
  • 5 stalks of chives
  • some salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the herbs and shake dry. Remove the stems and finely chop the leaves. Mix the herbs and chopped cress with the sour cream and sour cream. Grate the lemon zest and add it to the mixture. Peel the onion and finely dice it. Squeeze the lemon. Add both to the sour cream along with the mustard, salt, and pepper. Arrange the roast beef slices on a plate and pour the sauce over them. Serve with baguette and/or salad.
