Roast Pork My Way

The perfect roast pork my way recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2,5 kg Thrown pork comb
  • 2 bunch Fresh soup green
  • 2 cans Pineapple with juice !!!!!
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 a cup Mustard of your choice
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 700 ml Pineapple juice from the can!
  • 500 ml Granulated broth is often added to water
  • 500 ml Tabasco
  • Juniper berries
  • Gusto paprika powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 12 Garlic cloves
  1. in the pork comb I cut about slice-wide pockets..in these pockets I fill about 1 teaspoon of mustard and a slice of pineapple and a garlic whey !!! .. about 10 to 12 slices are filled .. the comb doesn’t have to go any further be seasoned, because mustard and garlic are the only ones to season … I roughly cut the soup greens and, together with the comb, into a wide one
  2. Roasting dish placed – like photo … everything seasoned with the specified spices. 1 hour at 220 degrees top-bottom heat closed lid !!!!
  3. After this hour, remove the lid … pour the pineapple juice, add the water, the stock, the creme fraiche …. add a little salt, add tabasco …. put the lid back on and again for 1 hour at 160 degrees above bottom heat closed lid .. !!!!
  4. Now it’s actually done ….. leave all the vegetables in the sauce, maybe thicken a little … serve with boiled potatoes or just with baguette ……..
  5. Note: a toe that has not been crushed in each pocket, if you like. Of course that is not a must. You can leave out the garlic or put a few toes in the sauce.
