Ingredients
- 150 g Oatmeal
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Ground hazelnuts
- 1 Grated red apple
- Kiwi fresh
- Oranges fresh
- Apple fresh
- Fresh grapes
- 1 pinches Ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Natural yoghurt
Instructions
- Mix the oat flakes with milk, hazelnuts, honey and cinnamon well and leave to stand in the refrigerator overnight. If someone wants raisins to go with them, mix them in and let them steep overnight.
- The next day add the grated apple and let it steep a little longer.
- In the meantime, wash and chop the fruit.
- Then everything is mixed into the muesli together with the natural yoghurt. Add honey and cinnamon, depending on your taste.
