Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g almonds
  • 30 ml water
  • 35 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

This recipe requires a nonstick pan that can be heated on the stovetop. Combine the water with the remaining ingredients, except for the almonds, and bring to a boil. Then add the almonds and continue to simmer until the sugar begins to caramelize and form stringy textures. Turn off the heat and spread the almonds out on some baking paper, allowing them to dry. Have fun making it, and enjoy!
