Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g chestnuts, vacuum-packed
- ½ tsp salt and pepper

Halve the chestnuts and roast them in a pan on the stovetop without adding any fat for about 10 minutes. Season to taste. Delicious over pumpkin soup.
