Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp, leveled pepper
- 1 tsp, leveled garlic powder or fresh garlic, grated
- n. B. Lemon juice, a few dashes of it
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Combine oil, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, add them to the breadcrumb mixture, and stir to combine. Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes. Turn occasionally.
