Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g Emmental cheese
- 200 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 300 g ham
- 8 eggs
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- 200 g cream cheese
- possibly fat for the baking trays
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes
Preheat oven to 225°C fan/convection oven. Grease 2 baking sheets or line with baking paper. Grate Emmental cheese. Combine flour, milk, eggs, and salt. Cut the ham into approximately 1 cm wide strips. Add the ham and cheese to the batter and stir. Divide the batter among the baking sheets and bake in the hot oven for approximately 15-17 minutes. Remove from the oven when golden brown. Spread the hot pancakes with cream cheese and roll up.
