Roasted peanuts are not only one of the favorite sweets for many people at Christmas. Here’s how you can easily make them yourself:

  • You will need: 200 grams of unsalted peanuts, 150 milliliters of water, a teaspoon of cinnamon, 150 grams of brown sugar, a pan
  • Here’s how it works: First put the sugar, water, and cinnamon together in the pan. Bring them to a boil and then add the peanuts.
  • Stir the mixture over high heat until the water has completely evaporated. The peanuts then clump together with the sugar.
  • The sugar should then begin to caramelize. If not, turn the temperature up. The peanuts are done when they are all coated in sugar.
  • Spread the peanuts on parchment paper to cool. Be sure to separate them before gluing them all together.
    At the fair, you can fold triangular bags to serve.
