Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 15 radishes
- 1 tbsp honey (forest), or 2 tbsp to taste
- Pepper, colorful from the mill
- Chili flakes, from the mill
- Fat, for the pan

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Unusual but very tasty side dish
Clean the radishes and slice them thinly. Heat the oil in a small pan over medium heat and fry the radishes with the honey, turning frequently. Once they have completely taken on the brown color of the honey, season with pepper and chili flakes. Do not add salt! Stir everything well, reduce the heat, and serve on a plate. It tastes sweet at first, but has the typical spicy radish flavor in the aftertaste. It goes very well as a side dish with anything stir-fried—I also ate it with a pasta and minced meat stir-fry.
