Rocket Lime Butter

The perfect rocket lime butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Butter
  • 20 g Arugula
  • 3 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Lime untreated
  • 1 Chopped garlic
  • 1 Diced shallot
  • Pepper
  • 1 Red hot peppers
  1. Grate and squeeze the limes. Chop the rocket and half the peppers and add to the softened butter with the shallot. Add olive oil and stir everything well. Season to taste with green pepper from the mill and salt. Goes well with steak or bread.
