Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- some milk
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut and wash the lettuce. Toast the sesame seeds, if desired. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Toss the lettuce with the dressing, arrange in bowls, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
