Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, large
- 4 slices of white bread
- 40 g butter
- 50 g mountain cheese, sliced into sticks
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp oil (safflower oil)
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 2 tbsp chives, in rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Tear the cleaned lettuce into pieces. Add butter to a pan. Remove the crusts from the bread and dice them. Toast them in the pan until crispy. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing. Mix the salad with the dressing, serve, and sprinkle with cheese and bread cubes.
