Roquefort Pears Balls
The perfect roquefort pears balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Roquefort
- 100 g Ricotta
- 1 small mature Pear
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 100 g Walnuts
- Dice Roquefort and place in a bowl with ricotta.
- Peel the pear, quarter it and dice it very small.
- Mix with lemon juice and add to the bowl with the breadcrumbs.
- Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for a while.
- Toast the walnut kernel in a pan without fat.
- Chop into small pieces in a blender.
- Shape the well-chilled cheese mixture into small balls and roll them in the chopped walnuts.
