Roquefort Pears Balls

The perfect roquefort pears balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Roquefort
  • 100 g Ricotta
  • 1 small mature Pear
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 100 g Walnuts
  1. Dice Roquefort and place in a bowl with ricotta.
  2. Peel the pear, quarter it and dice it very small.
  3. Mix with lemon juice and add to the bowl with the breadcrumbs.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for a while.
  5. Toast the walnut kernel in a pan without fat.
  6. Chop into small pieces in a blender.
  7. Shape the well-chilled cheese mixture into small balls and roll them in the chopped walnuts.
