Ingredients
- 375 ml Buttermilk
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 500 g Spelt flour
- 3 tbsp Blue poppy
- 1 Pck. Dry yeast
- Some water
Instructions
- Mix the buttermilk, sugar and salt! Mix flour with yeast and add to buttermilk mixture with poppy seeds! Knead into an elastic dough and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes!
Preheat oven to 220 degrees!
- I always leave it to my bread maker to stir, knead and let go! 😀 Then shape a loaf, score and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper!
- Add about 3 tablespoons of water to the bread. THEN THE BREAD BASE BECOMES SUPER CRISPY! Bake bread for about 40 minutes!
