Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 carrots
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 tbsp oil (garlic oil)
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
in the Actifry or in the oven
In the Actifry: Peel the carrots and cut into sticks. Add the carrots to the Actifry along with 1 measuring spoon of oil and cook for 20 minutes. Pick the rosemary and add it. Cook for another 5 minutes. Add salt to taste. In the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Peel the carrots and cut into sticks. Place the carrots on a baking tray, pick the rosemary on top, and drizzle with oil. Bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Add salt to taste. I like to serve this with just fresh herb quark. It also tastes great as a side dish to meat instead of fries.
