Rosemary Potatoes

The perfect rosemary potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Potatoes – 500g
  • 2 Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into large cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the potatoes in it. Season with salt and pepper. Press the garlic into the skin and let it fry briefly (do not let it brown, otherwise it will be bitter). Strip the rosemary needles from the branches and sprinkle them over the potatoes. Fry until golden brown over medium heat. Turn back and forth over and over again in between.
