Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 kg roulade(s) – meat
  • 2 jars of mushrooms
  • 1 pack of herb sauce
  • 1 packet of sauce (stroganoff sauce)
  • 1 pack of soup (onion soup)
  • 4 cups of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the meat into strips. Drain the mushrooms, mix them with the meat, and transfer to a large roasting pan. Mix the sauces with the cream and pour over the meat. Bake in the oven at 220°C for about 2 hours, removing the lid after 90 minutes if necessary. Serve with spaetzle or baguette and salad.
