Round and Perfectly Healthy
The perfect round and perfectly healthy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Cans Chickpeas, cooked
- 2 Peel Cocktail or cherry tomatoes
- 200 g Yogurt
- 1 Lemon fresh
- 1 tbsp Nori flakes
- 0,5 Bd Parsley
- 0,5 Bd Mint fresh
- 3 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
- Olive oil
- Sea salt fine
- Colorful pepper
- We wanted to grill and also had vegetarians as guests. So I also needed a salad that went with this diet.
- First, put the chickpeas in a colander, rinse, drain and set aside. Wash the lemon vigorously and then grate the peel finely. Then halve the lemon and squeeze out … catch the juice. Since I had no more nori flakes, I took a nori sheet and cut about 1 third of it into small flakes with scissors and put it in a bowl.
- Put the yoghurt in a bowl and mix with the nori flakes, 4 tablespoons of the lemon juice, the lemon zest and the sesame seeds and season with salt.
- Wash the tomatoes, cut in half (if necessary, quarter), pluck the parsley and mint leaves and cut very finely.
- Finally add everything to the chickpeas, mix, season with salt and pepper to taste and ….. enjoy. Bon appetit 🙂 (Also very refreshing thanks to the mint)
