Grilled Garlic Zucchini
The perfect grilled garlic zucchini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Zucchini
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Frozen herbs (chives)
- Prepare ingredients. I chose small zucchini because they don’t take that long on the grill. Note: I left out the chives shown in the photo at my husband’s request 🙂
- Wash the zucchini, cut off one piece at the top and one at the bottom and cut twice in an oblong way.
- Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely. If you want it to go even faster, simply use a heaped teaspoon of garlic powder instead of the fresh garlic cloves.
- Now in a beaker / glass: Mix the oil, pepper and the garlic well. Add herbs if you like.
- Brush the zucchinis with the oil from above and below. Spread the garlic generously with the help of a teaspoon on top.
- Place on the grill and grill for about 4-5 minutes on the underside (the ones without garbage pieces), turn over and grill again briefly (1-2 minutes). Make sure that the zucchini do not turn black. Good Appetite ! This is exactly how you can use peppers.
