Grilled Garlic Zucchini

The perfect grilled garlic zucchini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Zucchini
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 0,5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Frozen herbs (chives)
  1. Prepare ingredients. I chose small zucchini because they don’t take that long on the grill. Note: I left out the chives shown in the photo at my husband’s request 🙂
  2. Wash the zucchini, cut off one piece at the top and one at the bottom and cut twice in an oblong way.
  3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely. If you want it to go even faster, simply use a heaped teaspoon of garlic powder instead of the fresh garlic cloves.
  4. Now in a beaker / glass: Mix the oil, pepper and the garlic well. Add herbs if you like.
  5. Brush the zucchinis with the oil from above and below. Spread the garlic generously with the help of a teaspoon on top.
  6. Place on the grill and grill for about 4-5 minutes on the underside (the ones without garbage pieces), turn over and grill again briefly (1-2 minutes). Make sure that the zucchini do not turn black. Good Appetite ! This is exactly how you can use peppers.
