  • 100 g radishes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Potato, vegetable, and sausage pan

Heat a generous amount of fat in a pan with raised sides over medium heat. Peel the potatoes, slice them first, then dice them smaller, and add them to the pan. Peel the kohlrabi, slice them first, then dice them, and add them to the pan. Quarter the bell peppers, remove the seeds, cut them first into strips, then dice them, and add them to the pan (turn everything over frequently). Clean the radishes, slice them, and add them to the pan. Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and add them to the pan. Slice the sausage, then dice them, and add them to the pan. Stir everything well, adding a little more fat if needed. Cover and sauté for about 8 minutes at heat level 2. After 5 minutes, test the kohlrabi and potatoes for tenderness; turn off the heat. Season to taste with the spices listed. Quick, easy, and delicious! Very versatile in preparation, as you can use up almost any leftovers in this dish. (At this point, I would like to thank Viniferia from Sparfüchse for teaching me this.)
