Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • Water (salt water)
  • 4 sausages (cheese sausages)
  • 1 pack of cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g mushrooms of your choice and season
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 4 tbsp oil for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions, drain, and rinse. Meanwhile, slice the cheese sausages and dice the onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Heat the oil in a deep pan. Sauté the onions and cheese sausages. Add the diced mushrooms and peppers to the pan and sauté. Add the cream and cream cheese and stir until a smooth sauce forms. Season to taste. Finally, add the pasta, heat through, and serve.
