Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 slices of rusk
  • 200g Nutella
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 120 g nuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 jar cherry(s)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Grate the rusks and warm the Nutella. Combine both and pour into a springform pan. Mix the cream cheese with the milk, add the powdered sugar, and pour it over the rusk-Nutella mixture. Sprinkle the nuts on top. Then whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener and spread evenly over the nuts. Drain the cherries well and add them to the cream. Finally, thicken the cherry juice with the glaze and pour it over the cherries. Refrigerate.
