  • 5 cloves garlic, to taste
  • 400 g mayonnaise, min. 80%
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • pepper, black
  • Croutons

Grate the cheese and press the garlic. Mix the mayonnaise, garlic, and pepper, then fold it into the cheese. The mixture should not be too creamy; it should have a spreadable consistency. Pour into a shallow bowl and cover with plenty of chopped dill. Let it sit for a day. Salt is not necessary. Serve with croutons, fresh baguette, or as a side dish for vodka-drinking evenings. Important: The quality varies depending on the type of mayonnaise, so homemade is best.
