Caution! The cake tastes best when left to rest for 2 days! Mix the ingredients for the dough into a dough (flour, butter, sugar, cocoa, egg, baking powder). Pour 3/4 of the dough into a well-greased springform pan (26 cm) and slightly raise the edges (about 3/4 of the edge). We’ll need the rest at the end for the crumble topping. Cream the butter, sugar, and egg yolks until light and fluffy. Mix in the quark, vanilla pudding powder, vanilla sugar, and the juice of half a lemon. Beat the 3 egg whites until stiff and carefully fold them into the mixture. Pour the entire mixture onto the prepared dough and spread the crumble topping on top with the rest of the dough. Bake the cake on the lowest rack in the preheated oven at 170°C for 60 minutes.
