Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tartar
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 2 large onions
- 350 ml vegetable stock
- 6 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 150 g sour cream (10% fat)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Brown the tartare with the diced onions in oil. Add the sliced leek, tomato paste, and mustard, and pour in the vegetable stock. Season to taste and simmer over low heat until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the sour cream just before serving. Serve with rice.
