Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large beetroot
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 250 g sauerkraut
  • 100 g peas (alternatively beans)
  • 5 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the beets, carrots, and potatoes unpeeled. Let them cool and peel them. Finely dice them and place them in a bowl. Add the peas and sauerkraut. Peel and finely dice the onion, and add it to the bowl. Mix all ingredients well. Finally, add salt, pepper, and olive oil to taste.
