Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey meat (thigh)

- Tomato paste
- 6 potatoes
- 1 jar milk
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Salt
- 400 g flour
- margarine

Mince the meat, season, and sear on all sides. Dice the onion and sear it as well. Add a little tomato paste and deglaze with water, then simmer for about 20 minutes. Peel and halve the potatoes and add them to the meat. Season with salt and just cover with water. Mix the dough ingredients into a dough, roll out, and spread with margarine. Then cut into strips, roll up, and place the small strudels on top of the potatoes. Cook at medium heat (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
