Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 pancakes (empanadas)
- 3 tbsp oil (chili/garlic oil)
- 120 g salami
- 120 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine egg yolk and butter and brush the edges of the empanadas with it. Brush the empanadas with chili/garlic oil, top with salami and cheese, fold them together, brush with another layer of egg yolk, and bake at 220 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
