Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 370 g cream cheese, soft
  • 320 g cheese (Cheddar or Gouda), grated
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 3 spring onions, cut into rolls and sautéed in a little olive oil
  • 2 bell peppers, red, roasted, ad jar, coarsely chopped
  • 270 g salami, roughly diced
  • Salt
  • chili
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Put all ingredients in a food processor and process into a cream.
