Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g shepherd’s cheese
- 4 m.-sized mint leaves
- ½ bunch arugula
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp ajvar
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lime juice
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 dashes fish sauce
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
Mash the cheese with a fork. Crush the garlic, finely chop the mint and arugula. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Let it sit for at least an hour, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator. Perfect for BBQs, as a spread, to enhance sauces, etc.
