Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g Black Forest ham, cut into strips
- 4 onions, cut into rings
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- Salt
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 170 g Pecorino, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook spaghetti al dente. Heat olive oil, sauté ham strips for 1-2 minutes, add onions, cook for 4-5 minutes, add garlic, remove from heat, and toss with the drained spaghetti. Season with salt and sambal oelek, and sprinkle with pecorino before serving.
