Sabzi Wala Pulao

also:

  • 200 g Carrots cut into cubes
  • 200 g Cut the cauliflower into small florets
  • 200 g Frozen peas
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0,5 tsp Ajwain (alternatively ground caraway)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 400 g Natural yoghurt
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 3 cm Fresh ginger
  • 2 Pepperoni green
  1. Heat the sesame oil in the pan. Roast all the ground spices in it and then add the vegetables. Fry for 20 minutes while turning.
  2. Peel the garlic and ginger and cut into pieces. Remove the peppers from the kernels and cut into pieces. Put everything together in the mixer and turn it into puree. Add yoghurt and mix everything together
  3. Put half of the previously cooked rice in a baking dish, spread the vegetables over it and now put the 2nd half of the rice on the vegetables. Spread the yoghurt mixture over the vegetables and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
