Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 80 g cocoa powder
- tsp, heaped baking powder
- tsp, heaped vanilla sugar, or vanilla powder
- 60 ml oil
- ½ cup yogurt or sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 200 g apricot jam, without pieces
- 1 cup of chocolate coating, dark and/or milk
- Fat, for the pot

The quick “noble” cake for the microwavable (1.0 l): Combine flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Mix together the oil, yogurt, and eggs. Stir everything together with a whisk, pour into the greased microwavable, and cook/bake with the lid on for 12 minutes at 600 W. Then let it rest for 3 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully turn out, cut in half once or twice, and apricotize, i.e., spread all over with slightly warmed (microwaved) apricot jam. Melt the chocolate coating in the microwave and cover the cake with it. Tip: If you want to make it more appealing, you can add thin stripes of white chocolate coating to the cake after it has completely cooled. It will then look like a giant praline.
