Salad: Beef Salad

The perfect salad: beef salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Beef for quick frying
  • 70 g Wok noodles
  • 0,5 Tl Chinese spice
  • 1 El Pickled ginger, sweet and sour
  • 3 Toes Garlic
  • 2 El Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Tl Salt for the pasta
  • 4 turns Pepper
  1. Cut the meat into very thin strips and fry them very briefly in the pan
  2. Let the wok noodles boil in salted water for about 5 minutes
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes, thinly slice the ginger and finely chop the garlic
  4. Drain the pasta and briefly rinse with cold water
  5. Now mix all the ingredients together and season to taste. Possibly add seasoning.
  6. This salad tastes very good both cold and warm.
