Salad: Beef Salad
The perfect salad: beef salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Beef for quick frying
- 70 g Wok noodles
- 0,5 Tl Chinese spice
- 1 El Pickled ginger, sweet and sour
- 3 Toes Garlic
- 2 El Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Tl Salt for the pasta
- 4 turns Pepper
- Cut the meat into very thin strips and fry them very briefly in the pan
- Let the wok noodles boil in salted water for about 5 minutes
- Cut the onion into small cubes, thinly slice the ginger and finely chop the garlic
- Drain the pasta and briefly rinse with cold water
- Now mix all the ingredients together and season to taste. Possibly add seasoning.
- This salad tastes very good both cold and warm.
