Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes, new
  • 1 tsp caraway or dill seeds
  • Salt
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 4 tbsp oil, neutral
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • 200 g crab, frozen
  • pepper

Boil the potatoes in their skins with the caraway or dill seeds and salt, drain, let cool, and peel. Peel the cucumber into strips, halve, deseed, and slice. Slice the tomatoes and chop the onion. Finely chop the dill and mix it with the vinegar, oil, mustard, pepper, and vegetable stock. Add the sliced ​​potatoes to the marinade, add the vegetables and shrimp, mix well, and let stand for 1-2 hours. Season to taste before serving. The amounts of spices can, of course, be adjusted according to taste!
