Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 1 tbsp mustard (fig mustard)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Sea salt, from the mill
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • e.g. Parmesan, coarsely grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the oil, vinegar, and fig mustard with the finely chopped onion and garlic clove. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the finished salad.
