Salad: Potato Salad, Simple

The perfect salad: potato salad, simple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Jacket potatoes
  • 4 sheet Blood sorrel, a garden product
  • 1 Tl Lemon juice
  • 1 Tl Capers
  • 1 Spring onions fresh
  • 2 El Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. This is a very quick cooked potato salad. I still had a leftover potato and it went well with our fish.
  2. Wash the blood steamer and cut into small pieces. I could also imagine young spinach as a substitute.
  3. Peel off the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  4. Make the salad dressing from all the other ingredients and pour over the potatoes. Let it sit for at least half an hour and you’re done. I stir the majo with lemon juice and a little milk.
  5. You can go fast and you don’t need so many ingredients here.
