Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce or lettuce
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 g smoked salmon slices
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Trim the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the red onion and slice into rings. Halve and pit the avocado, cut the flesh into wedges, and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Dice the tomato and mix the salad ingredients. Then, for the dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. Finally, arrange the salmon on the salad and drizzle with the dressing.
