Arugula and orange salad with smoked salmon and walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ lettuce, green (also iceberg lettuce)
  • 50 g arugula
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 50 g walnuts
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

light Italian starter

Wash the lettuce and arugula and drain well. Cut the smoked salmon into strips, peel and fillet the orange. Chop the walnuts. Place everything in a large bowl and toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Let stand for 5 minutes, then season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Serve with toasted ciabatta or baguette.
