Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ lettuce, green (also iceberg lettuce)
- 50 g arugula
- 1 orange(s)
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 50 g walnuts
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- oregano
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lettuce and arugula and drain well. Cut the smoked salmon into strips, peel and fillet the orange. Chop the walnuts. Place everything in a large bowl and toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Let stand for 5 minutes, then season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Serve with toasted ciabatta or baguette.
