Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 handful of beans, green, cooked, cooled
  • 1 onion(s)
  • e.g. olive oil or sunflower oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • possibly fresh herbs (savory, basil, dill …)
  • possibly olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and beans into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice, then season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs, if desired. It tastes best if you let the salad sit for a while. You can also add finely sliced ​​pickled olives.
