Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g mango(s), green, unripe, the long-striped flesh
  • 25 g desiccated coconut, unsweetened, fat-free, light brown roasted
  • 25 g shrimp(s), dried
  • 3 tbsp shallot(s), sliced
  • 5 small chili peppers, green, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tbsp palm sugar
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Yam Ma Muang (original Thai recipe)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Tips: If you’re missing salt, add a little more fish sauce. If the salad isn’t acidic enough, add more lime juice.
