  • 1 zucchini
  • 250 g cheese (Brie)
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)

  • Garlic
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Iceberg lettuce, a completely different take

Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Dice the zucchini and Brie (the cheese sticks to the knife, so wash the knife often to make cutting easier). Halve the drained mandarin oranges. Place everything in a bowl with the ham. Remove the crusts from the toast and dice them, sprinkle with a little garlic powder, drizzle with a little olive oil, and toast the croutons in the oven for a few minutes. Whisk the balsamic vinegar with cream and a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything gently. Serve sprinkled with the croutons.
